Steve Jobs, Founder of Apple Inc., is one of the most well-known entrepreneurs of our time. He revolutionized the technology industry with his innovative ideas and design philosophy, but not many people know about the hardships he faced early in life.
Jobs was born in San Francisco in 1955 and was adopted at an early age. His adopted father was a mechanic and he learned to pay attention to small detail even customers can't notice from working with his father. And also he never let his adopted status hold him back and went on to achieve great things in his life. He dropped out of college after just one semester, Furthermore, the most important point is he was fired from his own company. but this did not stop him from pursuing his passion for technology.
1. Inner circle to success.
Steve Jobs was known for his exceptional leadership skills and his ability to surround himself with talented individuals who shared his vision and passion for innovation. Inner Circle is referred to the exclusive group of people we centered in our life. His inner circle consisted of engineers, technicians, and marketers who played a critical role in his success. One of the most notable members of his inner circle was his best friend, Steve Wozniak, who was a genius engineer in his own right.
Jobs also had a talent for attracting top talent from other companies, including the CEO of Pepsi. However, this move did not end well as the CEO's philosophy did not align with Jobs' vision for Apple. This led to his eventual firing and Jobs acknowledged that this was a mistake, stating that choosing the right people is more important than choosing the best people. This highlights the importance of careful consideration when adding people to our inner circle. Our inner circle has a significant impact on our personal and professional lives and it is crucial to surround ourselves with individuals who share our values and goals. By doing so, we can achieve great things and reach new heights of success.
2. Think Different.
One of the jobs most noticeable achievements was the launching of MacBook Air 10. a laptop that challenged conventional thinking about what a computer could be. When the MacBook air was first introduced, the market was filled with laptops that boasted about their specifications, from processing power to storage capacity. But jobs took a different approach, instead of selling MacBook Air on its technical merits as super light, fast, Pentium 5 processor. he simply called it the world's most thinnest notebook.
The most important point that we can take from this is its really unnecessary to give all information around to market a product. It really can confuse the audience and we need to build curiosity and an impression about our product through our creative and different thinking like Jobs.
It was a bold move, but it worked. Despite being launched in an already crowded market, the MacBook Air quickly became popular. This demonstrates the importance of focusing on the key features and benefits of a product, and presenting them in a way that is easy to understand and remember.

3. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Think about the Apple logo. It is known for its simplicity and elegance. It features a stylized apple with a bite taken out of it and has been used as the company's official emblem. The design is simple and easy to recognize even from a distance, making it an effective symbol for the brand. The simplicity and minimalism of the logo has helped it to become one of the most recognizable logos in the world, representing innovation, creativity and commitment to excellence.
Even look at Apple office rooms. it is really minimalistic and simple. Did you know Steve Jobs wore the same outfit design with a black turtle neck, a pair of basic Levi's jeans and a pair of shoes to avoid design fatigue? And also his personal house was really simple and minimalistic.

4. His inspiration of Nike
"Nike sells a commodity, they sell shoes. And yet when you think of Nike, you feel something different than a shoe company. In their ads, as you know, they don't ever talk about the product, they don't ever talk about their air soles, how they're better than Reebok's air soles. What's Nike do in their advertising? They honor great athletes and they honor great athletics. That's who they are, That is what they are about". -Steve Jobs-
Steve Jobs was greatly inspired by Nike and its approach to branding and marketing. He saw Nike as a company that was not afraid to take risks and push boundaries in order to stand out from its competitors. Jobs admired Nike's "Just Do It" slogan and its ability to make a strong emotional bond with consumers through advertising and product design.
Nike had never compared them with others. therefore it was never just a shoe company it's far beyond that and it always pushed the boundaries of creativity and marketing.
